About Me
Kylie Newstadt, MSW, RSW
I am a registered Social Worker and have worked primarily with children, adolescents, young adults and families over the last ten years. I graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Social Work, with a specialization in working with children and families. With my extensive professional experience as the Director of Allied Health Services at a Doctor’s office, I have developed a strong passion for helping others improve their mental health, overall well-being and enhance their personal growth. This inspired me to create KN Counselling!
I have years of experience providing therapy to children, teenagers and adults focusing primarily on the areas of anxiety, depression, emotional-regulation, and self-esteem development. At KN Counselling, my focus is on these areas, allowing me to offer personalized and effective solutions that can truly make a difference in people's lives. I am committed to helping each of my clients achieve their unique goals and feel their best, both mentally and emotionally. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family and friends, try new recipes, watch my favourite TV shows and spend time outside with my two young kids!
